      you can actually use all kinds of 96 well plates from clear, opaque white or black, depending upon the plate reader you're using that has background correction options available

    when you use this nano particles as a delivery system for mrna, how did you solve the problem of degrdation of the endoome and the ribonuclease ? what is the percentace of mrna that escape the endosome and arrive to ribosome to express the protein ?
